At the time of booking confirmation, we will ask you to send us a deposit of 40% of the total amount.
Upon receipt of the deposit indicated above, we will confirm the reservation of your stay by email.
Cancellation policy in the months of June, July, August and September High Season:
Bosa Apartments undertakes to return the deposit if the written cancellation is received 30 days before the expected date of arrival; after 30 days the deposit will be retained. Without notice to the client, all no-shows will be invoiced and we will automatically cancel the booked stay. In case of late arrival or early departure compared to the booked period, we will apply to your stay a penalty equal to 100% of the days previously booked and not implemented.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the following percentages must be paid on the price of the entire rent:
50% from 29 to 15 days before the start of the rental
100% from 15 to 0 days before the start of the lease The customer will pay the full amount.
Cancellation policy in the months of medium/low season January, February, March, April, May, October, November and December:
Bosa Apartments undertakes to return the deposit if it receives written cancellation 15 days before the expected date of arrival; after 15 days the deposit will be retained. Without notice to the client, all no-shows will be invoiced and we will automatically cancel the booked stay. In case of arrival. postponed or early departure compared to the booked period, we will apply to your stay a penalty equal to 100% of the days previously booked and not implemented.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the following percentages must be paid on the price of the entire rent:
50% from 14 to 7 days before the start of the rental
100% from 7 to 0 days before the start of the rental. The customer will pay the full amount.
the Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Bosa is not included. (€1.50 per day per person)
RESPONSIBILITY'
If, due to force majeure or any other reason beyond its control, BOSA APARTMENTS should be forced to cancel the reservation relating to the accommodation reserved by the customer, it, by mutual agreement with the latter, will assign him an accommodation of the same category and price, provided that BOSA APARTMENTS is able to offer the customer this solution. If the price of the substitute accommodation is lower, BOSA APARTMENTS will refund the difference to the client.
In the event that an agreement cannot be found, both contracting parties are entitled to terminate the contract. BOSA APARTMENTS will refund the customer what he paid to BOSA APARTMENTS in relation to the reservation.
